Jiaqing Technology's R&D team wins the highest award at the National Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition!

On November 27, 2024, the finals of the 13th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition's Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition concluded successfully in Hangzhou. Dr. Ruan Pengpeng, a team member of the Jia Hydrogen Technology Doctorate Innovation Station, won the highest honor of the competition - the Excellence Award.

The Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition of the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center. It aims to strengthen disruptive technology innovation, proactively plan for future industries, and promote the aggregation of various advanced production factors towards the development of new high-quality productivity. Since its launch in August, the competition has attracted active participation from key universities, top research institutions, and industry-leading enterprises nationwide, with elites from all walks of life enthusiastically registering.

The Jia Hydrogen Technology Doctorate Innovation Station incubation project, "One-Step Continuous Catalytic Hydrogenation of Maleic Anhydride to Produce γ-GBL and Maleic Anhydride," led by Dr. Ruan Pengpeng, went through fierce competition in six future industry fields: future manufacturing, information, materials, energy, space, and health. Many high-quality projects with disruptive potential emerged from the competition, successfully advancing to the finals and winning glorious honors.
