In the field of continuous fixed bed hydrogenation particularly, Amoycat has taken the lead to successfully develop continuous fixed bed nitro-aromatic hydrogenation catalyst and reaction technology system, continuous fixed bed chlorinated aromatic hydrodechlorination catalyst and reaction technology system and continuous fixed aromatic benzene ring hydrogenation catalyst and reaction technology system. In addition, we have realized the industrial application of first 10,000-ton level continuous fixed bed hydrogenation with monatomic catalyst in the world.

Continuous tube hydrogenation technology

Tube reactor is one of common devices of continuous hydrogenation and its core part is one or more long tubes which is filled in with catalyst or rreactant. In the reaction process, raw materials are continuously fed into the reaction tubes to react with catalyst and hydrogen to generate the product in succession. Tube reactor has high volume efficiency (unit volumetric production capacity) because of its low backmixing and is particularly applicable to scenarios requiring high conversion rate or with series side reaction.
